I met Katy this week at the WHC: she listened to me, underwood everything I had to say and although I’m sure she’s heard it all before, was patient, kind, funny and warm. Prescription all sorted within days, everything followed up by email and I’ll be a new refurbished woman in no time! A very positive and pleasant experience.
