Genesis Clinics Worldwide Plc (Genesis Clinics) provides Gensis treatments via our own and a network of independent Genesis Clinics Accredited Partner Clinics.
Genesis Accredited Partner Clinics are independantly owned Doctor led clinics who offer Genesis Treatments
Set out below are the terms and conditions on which Genesis Clinics provides Genesis treatments to you via our own and one of our Genesis Accredited Partner Clinics.
Please read and make sure you fully understand them prior to booking any Genesis treatment on this site or with your local Genesis Accredited Partner Clinic, or before you buy any of our products or services.
Genesis Facelift, Genesis Adisculpt and Genesis Infusion , Nu-V, Vaser Magician( Collectively known hereafter as Genesis treatments) are the brand name of Medical and Cosmetic treatments offered to you by Genesis Clinics via our own clinics and Genesis accredited partner clinics.
Genesis treatments are exclusively available for purchase via this website.
Genesis treatments can only be delivered by Certified Doctors and Nurses in one of our Genesis Accredited Partner Clinics. If you are in doubt, please ask to see the clinics certificate as it will name the clinician and the Clinic and is only valid to that named Clinician and Clinic.
Do not accept a treatment where the Clinician or Clinic is not certified or accredited by Genesis Clinics.
In addition to these terms and Conditions you have statutory rights under :- The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We strictly observe and adhere to these rights.
Appointments and Cancellations
1.1 All Doctors and Nurses at Genesis Accredited Partner Clinics are highly trained and approved in accordance with the Genesis Clinics treatment protocols and therefore Genesis Clinics warrants that all treatments will be of the same high quality in every Genesis Accredited Partner Clinic.
1.2 If you are unable to get to a prearranged appointment, please contact your local clinic immediately and arranged a new time to suit you.
1.3 On your initial visit is is a good idea to arrive 15-20 minutes early so that the required paperwork can be completed and any of your questions addressed fully. If you do arrive late this could result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting the appointment completely. Genesis Clinics will do their best to make sure that your appointment runs on time. If for some reason we have to cancel or change your appointment time, we will contact you in advance to offer a new time to suit you.
1.4 If you are advised to follow pre treatment procedures, please do your utmost to follow this as failure to do so could impact the efficacy and results of your treatment.
1.5 Please do not bring children under the age of 16 to the Clinic without additional adult supervision. Genesis Clinics are unable to provide childcare services.
Credit Card Details, Deposits and Payments
2.1 Payment is taken for your Genesis treatment when you checkout on this site. If you do not receive the treatment you will be refunded in full without question.
2.2 Your Card statement will show that Genesis Clinics took payment for your Genesis treatment and you will receive an email confirmation showing all of our details in full once you have checked out and payment is taken.
2.3 Pre- Payments can only be taken for treatments that do not include in whole or part prescriptions or medical/surgical interventions.
2.3 We do not keep your card details on file and the checkout process is fully compliant and safe.
Courses of Treatments
3.1 Treatment courses are charged to your card monthly and in accordance with the price of the course detailed on the product page that you selected when you made the purchase.
3.2 Treatments will cease if payments requests are declined.
3.3 Treatment packages are only refundable for Medical reasons or if you fail to keep up your payment plan.
3.4 If you pay for a course of treatments but fail to complete the course we will only charge you for the treatments that you have had and the balance will be refunded back to the card used at the time of purchase.
4.1 Whilst you can book and pay for your treatment on this site, the final decision as to whether your are suitable for treatment rests with the Doctor or Nurse delivering the treatment or part treatment.
4.2 If it is deemed that the treatment is unsuitable for any reason whatsoever, you will be refunded in full without question and the reasons for not proceeding fully explained to you.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
5.1 Under the law you have 14 days from the date your order was placed to cancel the order and receive a full refund without giving a reason. Refund requests made within this 14 day period will be actioned within 2 working days and you will receive a confirmation email once your money has been returned to your card.
5.2 If you have received your treatment within this 14 day time frame our treatment guarantee to you becomes active.
5.3 All Genesis treatments are backed by our money back guarantee. and whilst results always vary from person to person, Genesis Clinics guarantees an outcome as described on the product page in degrees relative to the clients baseline condition. Outcomes and expectations will be discussed and agreed at the initial consultation.
This guarantee is only effective under the following conditions
5.4 You agree to before and after photographs being taken. We do this because the nture of improvement is gentle over time, improving each time skin progresses through a regenration cycle. Sometimes Clients don’t see the obvious results and a comparison photo is the only way to compare the results. It is also proof that you had the treatment/s. Insurance copanies request that all Medical and Nursng practitioners have such photgraphic evidence. Your images will only be used for internal purposes and will never be shared with anyone else without your express consent in writing.
5,5 You complete the initial consultation and required questionnaire.
5.6 If you feel that the treatment has not worked for you, you agree that any dispute over results will be judged by a suitably qualified Nurse or Doctor from a different Genesis Partner Clinic to the one where you had your treatment using the before and sfter photographs and your initial questionnaire. If you are still not satisfied we will either offer an additional treatment free of charge, or refund your money without delay.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your treatment we aim to make this simple for you .
No refundable deposit:
We charge a non-refundable deposit of £25 for all our treatments. This will be deducted from your treatment fees. In case you decide not to go ahead with your treatment, this deposit will be treated as abortive fees.
If you need to cancel your appointment please contact us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com . If you do not receive a reply back with a confirmation of the cancellation within 7 hours please call us on 0800 488 0909. We’re pleased to cancel and re-schedule any appointments at any time, without any penalty or administration fees, up to 48 hours before your appointment. However, less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, re-scheduling or non-attendance on the day, does incur a 100% cancellation fee, as we’ll be unable to re-use the time to support other clients.
6.1 Genesis Clinics Wordlwide Plc will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
6.2 It is Your responsibility to ensure that you provide the Technician, Doctor or Nurse at the Genesis Accredited Partner Clinic with comprehesive true medical details prior to each treatment.
6.3 You agree that you will not hold Genesis Biomedical Ltd or the Genesis Accredited Partner Clinic liable for any adverse effects, injury or damage that occurs as a result of your failure to disclose such details.
6.4 You agree to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to you on behalf of Genesis Biomedical Ltd and Genesis Accredited Partner Clinics by the Technician, Doctor or Nurse regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Genesis Accredited Partner Clinic of liability for death or any personal injury resulting from the Technician, Doctor or Nurse or Genesis Accredited Partner Clinic’s negligence.
6.5 Each Clinic has full liability insurance to cover such eventualities and you agree that any action will be exclusively taken against the Genesis Accredited Partner Clinic and not Genesis Clinics or any of its subsidiaries, partners, suppliers and employees.
Your Right to Complain
7.1 Genesis Accredited Partner Clinics undergo a rigorous accreditation process to ensure compliance, safety and quality. If you have any reason to complain about any Genesis Accredited Partner Clinic or the procedure, please address this in writing to 3 Warwick Road, London E15 4JZ or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
7.2 We will respond to your complaint or query within 2 working days. We aim to satisfactorily resolve your complaint or issue within 10 working days.
If we do not respond and resolve your complaint to your satisfaction you can make a further complaint to Citizens Advice here
