Workplace menopause stories can make it easier to name symptoms that many people have been managing privately. The key is to describe the impact in practical terms, rather than feeling you need to prove a diagnosis at work.
Sleep disruption, flushes, mood changes, bleeding changes, anxiety, fatigue and concentration issues can affect daily working life. Writing down frequency, triggers and impact can support both a workplace conversation and a clinical review.
Workplace support and healthcare assessment answer different questions. Both can be useful, depending on the person and the symptoms.
The Women’s Health Clinic Doctor-led women’s health, aesthetics and intimate wellbeing care across the UK.
