Menopause At Work: Describe The Impact
A WHC educational social post prepared for review, sharing and patient-facing content support.

More workplace menopause education can make it easier to discuss symptoms without embarrassment. A useful conversation can focus on functional impact: what part of the working day is harder, when it happens and what practical change might help.
You may choose to discuss temperature, breaks, uniforms, scheduling or temporary flexibility without sharing your full medical history. Keep a separate symptom record for healthcare conversations, including changes in bleeding, sleep, mood or concentration.
Workplace adjustments do not establish the cause of symptoms and do not replace clinical review. Agree when support will be revisited, because needs can change over time.
