Social-media hormone content can offer useful language, but it can also turn broad symptoms into a confident diagnosis. Fatigue, mood changes, skin concerns, weight changes and irregular periods may each have more than one possible explanation.
Look for claims that jump from a symptom list to one cause, one test or one product. Check whether evidence is linked, limitations are explained and the creator benefits financially from the proposed answer.
Persistent or disruptive symptoms deserve proper context. Record the pattern, medicines, cycle changes and wider health factors, then use what you have seen online as a question rather than a conclusion.
