Do You Have Any Questions?

Educational information only. Suitability is individual; results and timelines vary.

Is this page about one treatment?

No. We start with conservative and medical care. Procedures are discussed only if suitable after assessment.

Who is a good candidate?

It depends on symptoms, history, examination, and goals. Some options aren’t appropriate in pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infection, or certain medical conditions.

What results should I expect—and when?

Timelines vary. Some people notice changes in weeks; others need a course and review. We’ll agree expectations before any decision.

Does PRP mean the O-Shot®?

We offer PRP-based care using your own blood components. The term O-Shot® is a registered brand; we describe the approach generically and do not imply affiliation.

What about the G-Shot®?

That name is used for G-spot augmentation with HA filler. We discuss it generically (expectations, risks, alternatives) and only if appropriate.

PRP vs Polynucleotides vs HA—how are they different?

PRP: your own blood components; discussed for sensitivity/lubrication in selected cases.

Polynucleotides: biostimulators for tissue quality and hydration in suitable patients.

HA (boosters/fillers): hydration or volume support (e.g., labia majora).
We’ll weigh pros/cons for your situation.

Do energy devices (RF/CO₂) help dryness or tightening?

Sometimes considered, mainly for external support. Guidance varies by indication; we’ll explain current evidence and alternatives. Not suitable for everyone.

Can you cure lichen sclerosus (LS)?

No. LS is chronic. We focus on symptom control and protecting tissue. Options like PRP or exosomes may be discussed as adjuncts to standard care.

How many sessions will I need?

Varies by option and goals. Some treatments are single-session with review; others are a course (e.g., 2–3 sessions). We’ll confirm a plan and cost upfront.

Will it hurt? What about downtime?

We use numbing and gentle techniques. Expect short-term tenderness or swelling. Most people resume normal activity soon; specific aftercare will be provided.

What are the risks?

Common: temporary redness, swelling, bruising, sensitivity. Less common: infection, bleeding, irritation, lumps (injectables), skin colour change/burns (energy). Rare vascular events with HA are discussed including reversal.

How much does it cost?

See guide pricing above. Exact fees depend on suitability, dose, and plan. No decisions are made until we’ve talked through benefits, limits, risks, alternatives, and costs.

Is my consultation private?

Yes. One-to-one, respectful, and confidential. You can choose to wait, seek a second opinion, or try conservative care first.

What happens if I’m not suitable?

We’ll explain why, discuss alternatives, and help you plan next steps. There is never any pressure to proceed.
