One salon per area gets something extra: Area Partner status

We operate a clinical Partnership Scheme (usually for doctors, nurses and healthcare practitioners) that includes area exclusivity via a licence fee of £3,000.

For EmpowerHER Salons, we'll select one salon per area to receive an Area Partner Rebate — which waives that £3,000 exclusivity licence fee entirely.

Important Clarification

To be clear: This is not a cash payment to your salon. It's a fee rebate applied to that programme, giving you the same area recognition without paying that fee.

Questions you're probably asking right now

Is there any cost to join?

No. Training, assets and dashboard access are free. One salon per area may receive the Area Partner Rebate that waives the usual £3,000 exclusivity licence fee (not a cash payment).

Do we have to "sell" anything?

No. You do not sell or give medical advice. You listen and signpost with a QR when a client asks.

Can stylists really talk about women's health?

Yes — after training. The module equips your team to discuss basic, common experiences respectfully, stay within boundaries and know when to recommend professional care. You're not giving medical advice. You're having human conversations and knowing when to pass the baton.

How are referrals tracked?

Each salon gets a unique QR/link. Completed bookings attributed to your code appear in your dashboard. It's automatic.

When do we get paid?

Monthly, via bank transfer, with a clear statement.

What about cancellations or no-shows?

Commission is paid on completed bookings only.

If our area already has an Area Partner, can we still join?

Yes. You'll get the same training, assets, commissions and perks (without area exclusivity). If the area re-opens, we'll review active partners first.

Is this just for one city?

No. We're rolling out city by city across the UK. Apply from any city.

Do we have to post on social media?

Not required, but we provide ready-made posts if you'd like to spread the word.
