As an ambassador for Silvery Blue and The Women’s Health Clinic, your voice matters. These guidelines help protect patients, ambassadors and our clinic reputation.
Authentic promotion
Share genuine experiences and beliefs. Avoid unfounded claims, exaggerated outcomes, guarantees or medical promises.
Approved branding only
Use only approved brand ambassador logos and materials. Do not alter, combine or modify branding without permission.
Respectful communication
No cold calling, unsolicited messaging, harassment, pressure selling or inappropriate contact. Promote only within appropriate relationships or audiences.
Transparency
Clearly disclose your connection with us and any commission or referral arrangement in promotional content.
Privacy and confidentiality
Never share private patient information, confidential details or personal data. Respect everyone’s privacy and rights.

Affiliate terms, policy and compliance
The sections below summarise the standards expected from ambassadors and affiliates. Final approval and participation are subject to the current agreement, policy and scheme terms.
UK Affiliate Agreement summary +
Parties and appointment: The Women’s Health Clinic LTD may appoint approved affiliates to promote and refer prospective customers to the Company’s services via unique tracking links or referral codes, subject to the scheme terms.
Definitions: An Affiliate Link or referral code is the unique URL or code provided for tracking referrals. A Referred Customer is an individual who accesses the Company’s services via that link or code and completes an eligible transaction. Commission means the fee payable for each eligible referred customer, as set out in the introductory email or current scheme terms.
Affiliate obligations: Affiliates must conduct marketing lawfully, ethically and in accordance with relevant UK advertising standards, including the CAP Code, ASA guidance and applicable healthcare advertising rules. Affiliates must not make misleading claims about efficacy, safety or regulatory status, target vulnerable groups or provide medical advice.
Disclosures: Affiliates must clearly disclose their material connection to The Women’s Health Clinic in all promotional materials, including when they may earn a commission from referrals.
Data protection: Both parties must comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 when handling personal data. Where required, appropriate data processing terms may apply.
Commission and payment: Commission rates, payment schedules and any chargeback or clawback terms are set out in the current scheme terms or introductory email.
Intellectual property: The Company may grant affiliates a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use approved trademarks, logos and marketing materials solely for the purpose of performing under the agreement.
Compliance and audit: The Company may monitor affiliate activity and may suspend or terminate participation for material breaches, including non-disclosure, unlawful marketing or data breaches.
Termination: Either party may terminate in accordance with the agreement terms. On termination, the affiliate must stop using referral links, codes and company materials.
Governing law: The agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the parties submitting to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
UK Affiliate Policy summary +
Purpose and scope: This policy sets out the principles, standards and procedures for engaging affiliates to market The Women’s Health Clinic LTD in the UK.
Eligibility and approval: Prospective affiliates may be asked to complete an application process including marketing channel details, audience information and data-handling practices. The Company may conduct due diligence before approval.

Monitoring and enforcement: The Company may carry out audits and request corrective action. Serious or unresolved breaches may lead to suspension or termination.
