Some worrying news in the papers this morning as the Daily Mail reveals that a new booklet is being produced that shows ‘normal’ female genitalia. This is because not enough girls are seeing true likeness of what women look like in TV and magazines.

We find this news incredibly sad and it highlights our ‘Am I Normal?’ campaign which shows that girls these days are just not comfortable with their bodies, due to media influences and a lack of education.

We are happy to think that no surgeon that we know would ever agree to treat an under-18, even with parental approval.

We do have young people come to see us and treat them where we can, but most of all offer reassurance and guidance.

We will be making contact with this organisation to see if we can include their guide in our literature where possible.”
Why not join our campaign now and help us to stamp out the question, “Am I normal?”
